So i just put down a $50 deposit for the xbox 360 console.. i cant waitt to get it... anyone else as excited as me?? i am also getting madden 06 for the system in november.....

The 360 is going to be friggen sweet! Wi-Fi controls....that's so killer. I Hate wires. I'm just not much of a fan of consol games. I never liked the game pads,....I'm a mouse and Keyboard kind of guy...lol. I guess I'll have to upgrade to the latest $500 graphics card setup for my PC so I'm not left in the gaming world dust....damn I'm in the wrong business.

what the hell is up with that core version for $299?

thats just microsofts way of getting people to pay an extra $100 to get the delux version because no one is gonna buy the stupid core version with a wired controller. the problem with the more expensive version is that it comes with all the hd cables so ppl can play games in high-def but most ppl don't have high-def tvs. so basically everyones gonna pay an extra $100 for a wireless controller.

i'll still be in line to get one though, lol!
