Instead of giving her the car, donate it to a charity. When its time to hand over the keys give her the tax receipt and a bus pass. My wife would have to be out of her mind if she wanted any of my toys.

get a cobb AP and flash the Anti-theft map as the base map 
sucks to hear though man. theres no way you can get any of the part off before? if the divorce isnt final is it still already in her name?

Hell yeah, put one of those on, and make sure all of us keep an eye out for the car. She'll think it's damn slow and want to get rid of it ASAP. Maybe we can get it back for a great price
