A network admin is focused on the inter-connectivity of the servers and the customers/client. A systems admin is responsible for the server and the services provided. Depending on the company, both jobs can be the same person. An analogy would be liked comparing buildings to roadways. A net admin would be responsible with the design and maintenance of streets and freeways. A sys admin would be responsible with the buildings, stadiums, parks, etc.

Dude, seriously... Why is that ad still up? How long does it take to remove that ****?
Should be able to do it in less than 10 mins all together, why isn't it happening?
If your users are this upset, it's probably time to fix it. Remember, users are your bread and butter.

This crap pops up on most the sites now days. The ones I really hate is the ads that cover the bottom of peoples photos. Which I think should be illegal. As the photos are the property of the owner. Not the website.
All these ads are put in and run on the BBS admin side. They can turn them off if they wanted to. But its $$ so its not going to happen. Maybe a mod can just ban them. Whoops.. I thought it was a spam bot.. lol

And the user is using the hosts "services" to share the pics. Im sure theres something written into the Terms of Service that no one ever reads when you sign up for an account haha
