That's not typical of even people with bipolar disorder. Serial killers often start out by killing and mutilating family pets and then those of their neighbors, then they graduate to humans. This guy needs some serious re-evaluation before they cut him loose.

Plus, cat brains taste nasty unless deep-fried.

And on a serious note, that kid is sick and needs serious help. I don't think he's a criminal, just needs mental help. I feel really bad for people with mental problems.

 

At least he's going to be getting help. One of my old high school English teachers suffered from severe depression and bipolarity. I walked in to the classroom once with my fellow peers to be confronted with the lights of, candles lit all over the room and a note on the board discussing how much of a waste of human beings we were and how we would never get far in life, etc... Crazy ****.
