Subaru Giken Sports makes that kit too. Quality-wise, it's on par with Prodrive. It's just a choice of if you want it made in Japan or in the UK. http://www.subaru-giken.com Click on the fifth button from the top on the frame for GD parts.
As for the piggie stickers, they're the logo for a Japanese magazine called "Young". It's chock full of lovely Japanese ladies and is one of my personal faves
