Hey guys... I've heard a couple rumors going around so I'd like to clear things up. I am not directly associated with Gruppe-S. Rather, I am just contracting my services out for only a couple select package deals they are offering. These packages are very standardized and will include 1 hour of dyno tuning on the Gruppe-S dyno. All other custom tuning will still be performed through Method, so appointments should be made with us directly.

And yes, I cannot offer OpenECU tuning for Subarus at this time so all of the tuning will require that the customer has an AP.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks

BTW, Who's the tuner?
Why do you care so much anyway? Shouldn't you be worried about your OWN shop??

It seems as though GS is trying to win some customers back with some low pricing. Good if you're looking to buy parts, but I still gotta see wtf is going on with their customer service...

yeah, but that seems like when all the problems started, when some of the old guys were there, i was getting great service, right up to the end, then that's when everyone left, and these new guys don't really know all that much...

well, not as of a few months ago when i stopped using them

Actually with our new staff we are seeing an overall reduction in order problems and an increase in sales. I think if you tried to place an order during August / Sept that was a rough 2 months as most of the staff was new then and we were dealing with a sales tax audit. Needless to say our new team is up to speed and we passed the sales tax audit with flying colors. If we've made a mistake on your order during this transition period, give me a call, I will make it up to you.

Cheers,

Gary

Uh, why is it cheaper to get something shipped to you than it is to pick it up?
