My friend had this happen and made $2000 from it. Than he just buffed out the paint on his bumper and its almost good as new (little paint scuff). It was a nice way to get $2000 though!

Just call them and work something out. She will pretty much have to pay if she dosnt want a felony on her record

It was a VW Corrado. He got an estimate, and parts are rare and expensive(er) for those cars. Not to mention, it was all done under the table so that this girl wouldnt get in trouble. (parents just payed to have it go away )

Not a felony.

Not a felony unless its something really severe and someone is injured. You know if she goes to court and says she didn't feel like she hit anything and just drove off like normal. It ain't a hit and run and she probably won;t be charged with a misdemeanor (if shes a good lying BI shh). She won;t be happy with her insurance premium after this mess though.

If that is true, it is a Class E felony or whatever the lowest felony is. I would doubt it would result in jail time, or anything more than probation or community service.

Thats pretty much the most frustrating type of thing someone can do to you... Hit and run... My old WRX got hit 3 times since I had it, nothing big, but big enough for EVERYONE to notice it right when they look at the car... I always fantasize about be catching them in the act and picking their car up like the incredible hulk and throwing it across the parking lot.

Ahhhhh... I can dream, right?

Good going with the camera dude. Mind if I ask what kind of car she was driving? Was she a white chick? Asian? Big black chick with a big gun?

Is it $500? I could have sworn it was $400... But that could be grand theft that I'm talking about
