when I was 12 (jesus... 14 years ago now?) I used to go skate at the bowl on Frederick street in Santa Cruz. There were groups of people doing this exact same thing. The only difference is there were some HOT chicks dressed up as wenches. that was the only thing that made me sit and watch.
