Would you pay to have a paint thickness evaluation done?

If I were to offer a paint thickness evaluation service, would you have it done? If yes, how much are you willing to pay (please post $)? The paint thickness evaluation would come with a printout report and ~100 point evaluation per panel.

This is really a subset of a much bigger paint evaluation, but figure would be a good start. I know what the market price goes for, but just wondering how much you guys are willing to pay.

I think this is extremely useful for those getting a big detail job, used car, or before you jump in and try paint correction on your own. You'll know the thickness of your paint and how much you can correct before your clear is gone!

so as you can see from the vid, yes, you can tell repair was done as well. Great for sells and buyers I say.

I think I need dust/mud/grime thickness evaluation first to make sure I even have any clear/paint left to evaluate
