Anyone here train at World Team on Ocean ave???

 

I know a few guys. They come over to Ralph's to train a few times a week.

 

I was interested in joining quite a few years ago, but I lost all interest when they wouldn't even discuss pricing with me until AFTER I shelled out $50 for a "private assessment" with "Kru" Sam.

Very shady business practice in my opinion, but then again, lots of happy members there so...

 

knowing the system, those places make such good bank.

 

ive been going there for about 5 years now...and i would have to say that $50 for a private with Kru Sam is worth it...hes such a nice guy and provides the best, traditional, muay thai training that has brought home many world titles...

Muay Thai would be awesome to learn. Maybe at some point when I free up more funds I will consider going to do Muay Thai, Capoeira or one of the other Martial Arts that I have wanted to learn.

If I had to choose... I'd choose to train @ Fight And Fitness w/ Bunkerd

 

F&F is always my recommendation. Chris and Bunkerd are good guys.

 

no doubt, F&F always bring great fighters!...much respect to all gyms.

hows the pricing over there compared to World Team?

 

Not too sure, I've never trained at WT and we have reciprocation with F&F, a few of us train at eachothers places.

Last I heard it was $80 a month for F&F, but that was a year or 2 ago.

I train at gym445 and used to train at F&F. both of them have great instructors and produce some good fighters.

 

anyone know a place to train in the east bay? I'm looking for muay thai or jujutsu
