This is why we don't play with our e-brake in somewhat small parking lot. So I'm now looking for rear lateral links, sway bar end link, and maybe a sway bar for an 04 STi. I'm not happy with myself.

If I were you I'd replace the following parts in addition:
hub
trailing arm
trailing arm bracket
possibly rear CV axle
possibly rear knuckle
possibly rear strut (check rear knuckle attachment flange)
possibly rear subframe (if lateral link attachment points are bent)
I would have your car towed to Roger Kraus Racing for suspension collision work:

I know the subframe is fine, there's no bending or deforming that happened. As to the hub, CV axle, and knuckle... I'll have to wait until it's torn apart to check, but they "look" ok. I'm toying with the idea of filing an insurance claim, but I think I could do it myself (probably for less too).
Any ideas on what I should look for in the ways of damage on the hub, CV axle, and knuckle?

I would contact Roger Kraus Racing, real suspension set-up and repair gurus, to have suspension collision repairs performed.
Whether you pay out of pocket or via an insurance claim (which would count as a collision - affecting your insurance premiums), RKR will only recommend upon inspection to replace whatever components are actually damaged.
