Those are the same design as the '08 STi aero wipers, but for a Forester. I put '08 STi aero wipers on both the Forester and the RS and they're leagues better than any wiper I've used since I started driving. Seriously people, do yourself a favor and pick them up. When the blade gets worn out you can just order the replacement blade too!

just used the valeos i got from tire rack's bogo deal a while back. guess they're aiite. my baby doesn't see the rain... or streets much, so hard to gauge. shoulda waited for costco's bogo deal on their goodyear's. 7.99, how could u go wrong?

never tried rain-x wipers, but the window treatment worked well on my previous rides. the anti-fog is decent too.

Hahaha

I need to look up the ones on my new car, so nice and quiet and the best set I have had on any new car we have had. Even a car we paid over 100k didn't have this nice of wipers.

Hmm... Anyone try the Michelin wipers?

I am still using the stock blades, but the rear blade is falling apart. I think I am going to grab a Rain-X blade and cut/splice/engineer/slide it in to the rear arm. Then I just have to keep an eye on my front blades and figure out what I want to get for those.

This. Plus they last forever. I've had the same set for years and they still work great. I used to have to replace every single year with other wipers.

i love the bosch, but when in a bind i will get the exact fit from autozone/kragen.

i change my blades every 3-4 months. they arent made to last forever
car and truck were in the last 2 snow storms in the sierras.temps reached 29*.the 23$ set from kragen my dad had on his f350 cracked. BOTH my sets still work like new. no skipping or dragging. maybe you got a bad set.

I can verify that my subaru stockers sound just like that after 1 winter.

Trying to find some replacements, but no one really has a sure answer on what survives a long winter.

I had the rain-x ones last year, they worked Ok for the winter. About halfway through last year the cap on the passenger side broke off, so if I needed to use the wipers alot I always had to either stop to slide the rubber wiper back into place, or if I had a passenger have them reach out and adjust it.

I just got the PIAA super silicones, and so far they have been good. But they have only been in for a couple weeks, and one good snowstorm from the last couple days.

Let me know how they handle the next couple days' storm. I need to get some asap. I doubt anybody sells PIAA locally though.

They did good today, and it has been DUMPING hard here since last night. I had easily 2+ feet at my house.

I think the cheapest place to get them is Amazon since they have free shipping, or Tirerack if you are buying something else from there.

I posted earlier, but I have had the same ones on my car for like 4 years I think and they work as good as the first day. You just have to run them dry for a while on your windshield so they can deposit the silicone.
