I picked up some Goodyear ones from Costco. They are the frameless ones. Very similar in design to the Bosch Icons and Rain-X Latitudes. Only $7.99 each. Works great so far and makes almost zero noise.

Bought another set of Bosch Icons last night at Kragen. These are good blades. They are pricey but they last forever. The set I took off was on for over two years. They were still wiping clean but the lower corner was starting make noise so I bought new ones.

I went from the PIAA's to the Valeos. BIG mistake.

Wow, thanks for the info. I'll make note of that later if the Rain-X Latitudes aren't on sale again when the time comes.

Having used EVERY wiper blade you guys have mentioned I would urge you guys to try out the '08 STi wiper blades. They're on my wife's RS now and I've got a similar set of '09 Forester Aero Blades on my FXT. They are hands down the best blades I've ever had on any car.

I'm curious why you say that, would you mind elaborating? Mine seem to sweep without any dragging and I get a nice clean sweep.

I was going to buy these at Costco, until I found they don't have 17"s. The smallest they had was 18"

Good price though.

Mine work well when it is pouring rain, but in light rain (when the PIAA's still gave me a clean sweep) the Valeos streak like crazy.

Oh, and I got the free Subaru OEM replacements under warranty. If you are still under 36k you get a free replacement.

....they really suck though and are louder than my exhaust

I've been really happy with the Forester blades for a few weeks now. After 10 + years of owning various Subarus they are probably some of the best that I've had.
