Wingless trunk spring/tensioner

Does anyone know where to find an OEM spring/tensioner from a 2002-2007 wingless trunk? Thanks.

$66 still doesn't seem outrageous for new ones, IMHO.

maybe you can try taking 1 of the 2 springs out and see how that works. Or it could be an awful idea and it'll snap I dno

doing this will warp the trunk alot.
