Question WING or WINGLESS?!?!

OK...I had the OEM wrx spoiler when I got my car. About a month ago. I traded the trunk and spoiler for a trunk with the STI wing. Don't get me wrong. I love it! but I think it would look clean with out the spoiler. SOOOO... any suggestions? and if i make up my mind

anyone from SAN JOSE AREA willing to trade ? trunk with NO spoiler for a trunk with STI spoiler

my car is a 03 Aspen White. LOCAL only plz. I think I want a wingless ride. PM ME ASAP and we can negociate

-Ken

My 03 is wingless, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. But im one of those performance purists, I don’t really care how my ride looks, im all about performance. And being that a wing/element/spoiler only hinder your performance on a street car, I wont ever have one. Its added weight, and loads of drag, and being that down force doesn’t come into effect on a street car until about 118Mph, its just a waste in my eyes.

Me personally i would just buy because i keep every oem part from my car. Have you ever thought about getting the Mines spoiler? Looks great.

I recall seeing somewhere that prodrive was possibly workin on a real low profile lip spoiler. Pretty classy. I wouldnt trade my wing for anything other than a wrc one from launsport in Japan, but if your going for the minimalist look, a lip spoiler may be the way to go.
