Getting bored and going around Google, I find an image of a Windows desktop that looks like this....
How the hell can I do this to my desktop? Anyone know? Is it possible to **** up my comp dong this?

I use the wife's lappy to surf the web and my PC only runs emulators.
Can't do post screen cap cause it's not on the web. But here's the pic I rock on the desktop.
