In one of the pics there is a Prius. My guess is the road-boulder was the initiator of this chaos

That is why they all need AWD. Give them RWD and HP = major mess. I wonder if they were out drifting. lol

Al those cars are over the 249hp limit. I see why there is a need for it now too

I think you mean 276hp "limit" and that ended in 2005: Japan Dumps 276-hp Pact - Car News - Car and Driver

A 90hp car can do 100 mph. Wich the group of cars were doing. HP has no part of it.
