Both parties can agree on a 'buyer smogs' sale if you put it in writing. It just puts the buyer in a bad spot, unless they 'know someone' or know what to do quick.

This is my friend's car. Girl owned. She bought it awhile ago when it was on craigslist. So, most you guys probably think there is something wrong with the car. The car is near perfect. I do not know what the situation is about smog but it runs well. I believe she is selling because she already has a Turbo II FC.

Probably cuz it isnt smokg legal and it has a **** ton of miles on it.

This car isnt still for sale, its just for sale again. I know one of the most recent owners. It just seems to change hands VERY frequently.
