why is Nasioc refered to as "other"

why is Nasioc refered to as "other"
I know its the other impreza enthusiasts forum and used to be i-club.com, but wassup with the quotes around other?? Am I missing something?

i-Club has been, is and always will be i-Club.
There are few other internet Subary clubs around, so we refer to them as the other boards. Since NASDA.., I mean NASIOC is the largest one of those other boards, it is called other more often. Plus, what is either to say, NASIOC or OTHER.

i used to call nasioc nick-club and i-club alex-club, thinking it would be funny. but nobody laughed. now i call it other too. i suck. 
edit: damn alex, have you gotten that tame little veal tuned yet? or is it so hush hush that i cannot even know about it?
