Why haven't you gotten a detail service or product from me?

Once again, thank you folks for spreading the words and helping the company grow. Couldn't have done it without you folks, and you know who you are. Things have been going great but I still believe a customer survey goes a long way. I think the i-club is structured such a way that positives comments are welcome but negative comments are drama starters. But since I am the one asking, I hope this thread doesn't end up in the dumpster.

Very generic question... Why haven't you gotten either a detail service or product from me?

Please post detail in this thread as well.

Since I server nothing by bay area folks, I am posting it here instead of vendor review section (plus, I am starting the thread not a customer. ), hope you mods are cool with it.

1) I been using other products then Adams
2) Adams can be fairly expensive
3) Already bought in bulk so no need to buy anthing currently
4) I detail my own car

You need to put some images of the products on your user-site so the user can gauge what they are getting.

here are my reasons.

1. I live in an apartment. No hookups for anything
2. Time. I have some saturdays and sundays open
3. Waiting for the engine cleaning option to be available.

I dunno if you do work on sundays but for me sundays would be the best chance i have for time. :|

When you click on the actual products, they do have images. Are you referring to the catalog browsing area when it shows the list of product? If yes, I agree and I am working on it. Thanks!

1) what other products are you using?
2) yes, it is true, but I believe it out performs most of the in-store/cheaper brands.
3) Yeah, I understand this part... I would want to deplete my current supply before moving onto something else. If you detail your own car, you probably have a good amount of money into it.
4) Please think of me when you restock next time.
