Yeah, this link failed my high hopes based off the original post description. Monkeys being abused is not my cup of tea. Not that there aren't 1,000,000 worse things happening every second in our world, but I'd have found such an idea funny if there was a monkey riding a mini bike on his own, using throttle as opposed to be "yanked" along, or back and forth.
