why do subbies hate Calaveras?

The only thing I don't like about Calaveras is the difficulty seeing others coming the other direction on the road. There is the fact that it doesn't have much in terms of gaurd rails incase you miss.
I actually prefer to drive it at night if I do, since I can generally see headlights better if someone is coming the other way. Best is right after a rain when you know nobody's going to be there.
