I used to train at Fight and Fitness back in the day.
I train mainly at Enshin Kaikan for striking and CCSF judo for grappling now.

how good is CCSF Judo? I need to work some throws into my training routine. Only know the uchigara right now.

Short answer -- It honestly depends on what you're looking for in a judo regimen.

And did you mean "uchimata"?

Back on topic. I have yet to figure out where I'm gonna put mine. I was thinking top left of rear window or bottom of each rear passenger window. Such a dilemma!
