when I got my 05 sti, I had my 04 wrx w 24k on it and a pretty scratched up roof. Owed 18.8 on it, carlsen traded in my wrx for 19.8, evrywhere else when I went to talk business maxed out at 16.5-17, and carlsen gave me the sti at invoice+500, even swapped the wheels for me.
The subaru dealer is seaside blows IMO, was ready to punch someone in the face there, when they wasted our time and did some shady *** shiz, walked out at literally 12 at night on a sunday finally, once the games didn't stop.
Also they had let us drive an 04 used pretty hard, offered to go out on a 30 min drive on the backroads, but I wanted to get my car. The guy encouraged us to romp it. When we got back a girl came by wanting to take a look at her car because she had already payed, but they were cleaning it up etc.. and she was picking it up the next day. I felt bad. Anyways they suck. Never dealth w any woman or internet sales.

I didn't get the run around on my sale a Capitol. I did a few emails back N forth with Eugene letting him know what I wanted, that I know how much they paid, and what I was going to pay. Went in , drove the car, got the price I wanted, didn't get harassed on extras, and had a new car less than 90min after I walked in.
With ANY dealer; you show them that you know your $hyt, tip your cap about knowing their games, be respectful, and you'll get a fair deal. I've done this every time I've bought a car in the past 10 years and have not been screwed over/had any regrets. People who let themselves get taken advantage of at the dealers are the ones with sour grapes. Man Up!

^^ as long as you know what you want, comps at other deals, etc, you should be fine.
+1 for capitol subaru. I went thru Jamie (internet sales) and he was awesome. He answered all my emails (over the course of 2months) and helped me out a lot when it was time to make the purchase.
