Who/Where can I get my RS25 wired for wrx swap?

Hey guys

I have a 1999 Subaru RS2.5, the motor blew and I to decided to do a wrx swap. My motor is just about done being rebuilt by AutoHQ and I have almost all parts necessary for the swap. I have asked many local shops such as GST, Speed Element, AutoHQ and EQ Tuning as well and I have had no luck.

At this point I am stuck, any recommendations on where I can get my RS wired?

None of those shops can help you? weird

Try asking your question on http://www.rs25.com/. Maybe they can help. I know there are some guys on here that have done the swap so hopefully they will chime in.

I hope everything works out!

I've asked them, and they've all said that they have never done RS Turbo swaps, or they simply don't do them anymore.

There is a user Iwire on RS25 that has a pretty good reputation. You can PM him, or his e-mail is iwiresales@gmail.com

"LIC is short for Levys' Innovations and Conversions, and it's more than just a name. Back in 2002 Adam Levy, owner of LIC Motorsports, was the first person in the USA to take a WRX motor and splice into an RS while maintaining all emissions controls and producing a 100% California smog legal conversion. This is the same spirit of innovation and dedication that gave birth to LIC Motorsports"

The people you asked on RS25 were idiots, or you asked in the wrong place.

I-Wire is THE way to go. You send him both harnesses, and he will merge them and send them back within 2 weeks. Shoot him an e-mail.

+1 I hear great things about Iwire. Pretty quick turn around and the price is great, i've heard 600 plus shipping I believe from a friend.

otherwise there is Garage Tuning, but I think they cost a bit more. I'd go with Iwire

BTW RS25 is probably the best place for GC swaps, just gotta talk to the right people there is a TON of info on there. Saved me a few times

Garage Tuning has gone significantly downhill. I used to go there, but now stay away from it. Just for future reference.
