where exactly would you put this sticker? seems like its something you would want someone to see who you think might tow your car away without your knowledge. So I guess it would have to be somewhere on the outside of the car like the rear bumper?

Dunno how I feel about that, maybe I'll just be sure not to park anywhere that would get my car towed!
