Nothing was raw (that was meant to be). The beef was great, what seasoning was used on it?

SeaDragon(Richard),
Your BBQ tuna shouldn't go unnoticed. The medium rare fish was awesome.

thanks guys, good job.

McDrama's chicken cooking tips of the day:

*Chicken takes longer to cook when the bone is still in(mostly on thighs and legs).
*Chicken is cooked once it is fairly firm, unless you like eaty raw/bloody chicken.
