I reckon she was Filipino. I'm Filipino and understand that our people lack self respect, hygiene, and style, and have anchor babies, as well as large families and a lack of concern for the safety of our children, strollers and their load bearing capacities.

Through the process of elimination we need to find out what this chick was! Who's next to call an ethnicity out because they belong to said ethnic region?

Yep. I grew up in concord and now look at it. Concord, Fairfield, and Tracy went from being a quiet, "old people" community to graffiti infested getto crap holes in 6-7years time.
