dude..i seriously went to talk to the chaplin about how to handle the stress because I'm one of the ones keeping my mouth shut and everything and doing well and talked to my TI as well and my TI straight up told me that I'm not one of his jackpot F'ups and I'm doing well with my head on straight and strong so thats ALOT of encouragement to know I'm doing good you have no idea lol

Well guys here's the scoop....I didn't get recycled or anything thank god lol. I grauated today and recieved my Airman's coin so now I'm officially an Airman. I also graduated with honor grad status which means only the best top 10% of BMT trainees will recieve such honor when graduating (I also got a coin for it too.) Right now I'm just enjoying my base lib and soon town pass for the next few days as well. It feels so damn good to graduate and these 8.5weeks have flown by now that I reflect back on it. It's definently a very very metally trying game of patience and hard work. Very tedious bs and constant change is also in the game. But anyways I get out of here monday and head to my tech school, get settled into my dorm with whoever my room mate will be and start school a few days later. I hope everyone is doing well and I hope to hear from you guys soon! I'll be getting another laptop sometime this week and I'll have my phone monday.

I still remember aside from that 2min phone call to your family to let them know you arrived safely, we didn't get to make another phone call until like 5 weeks into training.
Congrats Hatteroo. Just make sure you don't forget to bring your challenge coin when you hit the bars.

haha yeah that 2min scripted call sucked for the first time but oh well lol. Shoot we didn't get our first base lib until today. We had maybe 3 phone calls so far but honestly going through BMT during the 3 holidays made us kinda spoiled...operation home cooking for thanksgiving, got our cell phones/watched movies/ate candy and junk on christmas, went to the Alamo Bowl on monday and this saturday we get to go to the spurs game so yah....VERY spoiled in my opnion

About the coins....yup I already know the tradition and have 3 coins...my Airman's coin, Honor Grad coin, and bought a BMT coin here at the mini mall.
