yeah, this is a pretty standard front for hookers in Japan, they're always some college girl that wants to learn english, Gaijins just call it the "English Lessons" hook. Theres a video clip floating around from some gaijin in Tokyo reading the adds from Japanese girls that want to meet foreign guys for engilsh lessons and "friendship" haha
the whole 'whites only' part isnt racist, its simply because japanese girls know its easier to milk more money out of white guys. Japan never had the problems with segregation that we did so they dont really see segregation the same way we do here in america, theres alot of bars and clubs there with the sign in English outside that says "Japanese Only" and nobody there sees any problems with that.
