Yes, yes, you jerks, I am getting old. I know that. Its not what I'm talking about, mmmmkay? The whole white WRX with white TE37s thing is what I am talking about. Volk TE37 paint is thinner than Sissy Spacek's lips. You scream at it and the wheels lose paint... not to mention a curb rash or two. So, sooner than later, I am also going to get my Volks power coated. The question is, which color?

Something dark, like a midnight blue or green? With pearl/sparkle?

A non-chrome silver, light anthracite, dark anthracite, or gold/bronze? With perl/sparkle? The gold bronze thing is a bit cliche for white Imprezas. The anthracite things is a bit played in general... but still looks schnazzy.

How about suggestions for flat colors?

Ah, just keep'em white?

White/bronze or white/gold is classic. White on white is so damn played and it's a surprise you being so old failed to notice it. Maybe you were in a cave somewhere in the early to mid 90s.

How about green?

post a picture and have a photochop session.

Green is the new pink that was the new brown that was the new black. I was talking to my girl last night about it. She noticed a girl in a green shirt and said...she's wearing green too. I said..yeah babe. The industry decided green was gonna be the new trend and here you go. It is.

She looked at me like I was nuts. I told her to talk to me later in the year and I'll tell her what next years colors are gonna be. It's true. The design industry desides what's gonna be cool and then floods the market with it. Take a look at DC's line of shoes....green everywhere. Selling like mad. Much like when they did red a few years back.

Now saying that......the right green on the right car would be pimp..but I've never seen your car so it's hard to say. A lot can change on a white car to determine what wheels look good. Painted skirts, tinted windows. CF. Etc.

If you're gonna go through the trouble of doing pearls and what not you might as well step out and do something cool.

I'm doing copper on my cadi. Flaked.

How about a british racing green with lighter pearl. Or a satin black with a blue pearl over the top.

oh...and on a side note...I didn't realize that bronze was cliche' on white cars. Forgive me for being trendy.

I think I might have seen a handful of cars since I've gotten them that are white/bronze and maybe one that wasn't a subaru.

Red in the front, yellow in the rear, with a sick paint job to match.

Seriously I would go with either gunmetal or gold

not to upset the natives, but I-Club is NOT the place to come for fashion advice (soliciting color consultants)

having said that, I've been thinking about having my LE-37T's chrome-dipped for a while now......thank goodness chrome-plating is so expen$ive, but I am pretty serious about doing it.
