where to watch fireworks
hey does anyone know where to watch fireworksin the south bay tonight besides great america? i usually went to de anza but i guess they dont do them there anymore. so anyone know of where to go? thanks

yeah, downtown SJ has something over at discovery meadow.
id recommend getting here early since parking will be a pain, or take public transportation.

You can go to the Shoreline Ampetheatre parking lot and watch their show. Or anywhere down around that area. It's usually pretty good, just don't get stuck in the traffic jam after the fireworks end.

anyway... we put a 5 gallon bucket inside another 5 gallon bucket, then fill it with water... light the 1/4 stick and drop it in....3.....2.....1..... BOOM!
that crap shoots bucket shrapnel over 50' in ever direction and water EVERYWHERE... we do it right in the middle of the street... my dad is usually the one that lights it too lmao

youre right...when i saw the mortar explode without liftoff on the beach in front of everyones face, i was like...man i wish i were right next to that thing when it went off...maybe next year
