where to store my car for 4 months?

where to store my car for 4 months?

im goin to china for 4 months in the fall, and i need to store my car in a protected, controlled area. is there anywhere i can do this that wont rape my wallet?

+1, put it in public storage, take your ecu with you you should be fairly safe.especially if nobody sees you putting it in there... use the one in front of subydude (they're shop looks directly into the ps yard) and get a loud *** alarm, im pretty sure they'll be willing to keep a look out for you

For the 3 years that I've owned my car, I've had it in a storage unit for 1 year 8 months :\

10 more days until I can get back and drive it again! Wooo!

id honestly put it in the storage by you guys and have you or the mpj boys move it around every few weeks...

Wouldn't you want a full tank, to minimize any possibility of condensation? Possibly put some fuel stabilizer in there...

Absolutely, fill it to the very top. Heating and cooling condenses the air and can cause moisture/corrosion in the tank. Fill it all the way, and it would be *best* to drain/refill it when you want to drive the car again though by then gas will be $7658462348726343267235623.37 a gallon.

I also might need to store my car for a month or so, and will look into public storage if I can't put it in my sister's garage (again).
