Its that time again, i need to smog my car and with a catless dp and other parts im far from passing. Is there anywhere that is more lenient that does no pass no pay and could tell me what parts i need to replace in order to pass?

Put your stock exhaust back on including downpipe and you can go ANYWHERE

 

Then you're looking for a pass or don't pay station. They are very rare these days because BAR looks down on them and I can't say I blame them. Here I googled one for you in San Jose.

The thing that amazes me 1) the amount of turds who ask about this without searching, it's gotta be the most posted things. 2) if you are asking on the internet it's probably a matter of downpipe and you are just being lazy and willing to overpay.

Somebody start up a business here, yes you can smog their car for what however many hundreds of bucks? then just slap a stock down pipe on their car for them and take it to get smogged? then swap back.
