Your unemployed @ss also doesn't have a 50-70 hours/week full time job and a 2 hour round trip commute to a client every day! I need to start traveling again

its about 50 bucks non member ship and 35 after you pay for the 90 something dollar membership, its worth the cost its pretty fun too, ran it a few times in my forester before suspension upgrade lol

If you are trying to be competitive then before suspension upgrades is going to be the cheapest path. The more you start tweaking your car the higher the class level you will be put into and most likely will be far harder to be able to win the class. If you don't care though about competing against the others and only want to see how you will do and increase your own skill level then it doesn't matter when you start as long as you have the funds to support it.
