i saw this picture of someones car, and as you can see they have a very different shift panel. it has a very deep cellphone pocket and can even fit the sti shift plate. I WANT IT!!! has anyone ever seen it before and know where to get one??

LOl yea i've never seen that guage pod either. but im not running anything that'll need guages

hmm u sure about that? i've done tons of research on each console year. the one you posted is of a 02- and up because it has a cutout at the top for the ash tray and 12v jack. the one i posted is for 97-01 center consoles where that part doesnt go as low to need a cutout. also i cant see the bottom of the shift plate, if it is an 02-03 center console then it should have a cutoff at the bottom too to go with the e-brake lever trim.

well its not that one, that is too new because the ebrake has a cut out, and the coin tray has flared ends, but i bet an older JDM one is it.

 

And, it could be custom made too..

 

yeah i was gonna say it was a modified one of above, but the coin tray has sharp points near the shift cutout and the stock one is rounded. So it must be 100% custom which doesnt make much sense when you can just cut into a stock newer one. who knows.
