Where to get '03 bugeye seat frame?
I was driving along the other day and hear a loud "pop" noise like a wound up spring had just broken. It sounded like it came from behind me and my seat started to sag. Now I feel like I'm driving a rusted out POS because my seatback is sagging.
I unzipped the upholstery and it looks like the welds that hold the back springs to my seat frame broke. And before anyone suggests otherwise, I only weigh 165 pounds.
It's item 5/6 in this diagram. Does anyone know a local source for this that doesn't cost $150? Subaru part number is 64110FE030, "Frame assembly-front back rest left".
