where can I get small diameters lug nuts on a Sunday

I just noticed that my new daily beater is missing a lug nut. Unfortunately, it has some after market rims that only take small diameter lug nuts. Where in the bay area can I get some 12x1.5 small diameter lug nuts on a Sunday or for that matter - any other day of the week without having to order from the intarnet.
