Where can I get a Painted Rear Underspoiler Kit?

I found it on Subaruparts.com and could get it for about $370 shipped. Anyone know where I could get it for cheaper? Would be nice if I could just pick it up somewhere local so saves me some shipping money. Some other places I found it going for $400+. So any help would help, thanks.
