I prefer Sun afternoon... I plan on showing up from 12-5 but if no one shows by 2:30 I am gone.
Peninsula - I am thinking Presidio Bowling Center. The large parking lot across from it??
East Bay - Either support by a local shop/vendor or the Martin Luther King park??
South Bay - Los Gatos Park??
Santa Cruz - De Laveaga Park??

How far are you willing to travel?
Will see if I can generate some interest down in the Monterey area, but of course I know that it will need to be a sizeable number of people to make the trip worth your time.
