Theres a Arco gas station w/ a service center on the side at Bayshore and Carroll St. in the Bayview District. Talk to Tran. My family and I have been brining our cars there for years. Hes a really good, honest mechanic who usually works very fast. He ordered me a transmission for my acura, dumped my old one, and had it installed in one day!

4 wheel bearings is an 8 hour job I think.

Go to LIC in Novato, or AutoHQ in Redwood City. Those are the two I would ask in that order.

Small random places are sometimes the best.

Might not be worth it to get new bearings and pay for like 4 hours of labor. If you have a 5-speed drivetrain, it might be cheaper to just get a new hub (not brand new, just used and working) on the side that makes noise. Labor is pretty easy, meaning you can do it yourself with jack/jackstands and handtools. For a 6-speed, I dunno, might be expensive. Contact or pm supermoose who is local and might have some hubs stock:

I believe that LIC has some used knuckle assemblies in stock. Simply swap out the whole knuckle, and you're done.
