What's on your Thanksgiving table!?

Seeing how we have a lot of ethnic backgrounds on the boards i want to know what's on your table for Thanksgiving dinner?

What dish do you love, which do you hate and which dish is truley unique from the rest. Also, care to share any recipes?

ERIC <--- who's trying to figure out what to make to bring to my mother's house on the 27th (which is also my b-day!)

I'm having friends and family over. We're planning on turkey, prime rib, mashed potatoes, rolls, veggies, roasted pumpkin seeds, cranberry jelly, and homemade pumpkin pie for dessert.

Since my Grandma is alergic to Turkey, we'll probably be doing ham instead. And all the fixins of course.

When I was growing up, my dad was a college professor for a while at a small school in a small town in New Mexico (Socorro NM, New Mexico Tech.....school = 1000 students, town = 8000 people, and it is in the middle of nowhere). Couple times he invited over his students who were stuck in town for Thanksgiving. The students were predominantly from other countries (you name the country, he probably had a student from there). Needless to say, we had some really cool side dishes with turkey during those years

Thanksgiving at Girlfriend's family's house is going to be interesting. I'm guaranteed some bomb Thai dishes but that's about it.
