Whats your Snow set up for your car?

I just converted to snow plow mode..

So I took 90% of the carbon fiber off. Installing some narrow mud/snow tires on OEM STi wheels. Adjusted tire psi. Tossed snow chains in trunk for just in case. Greased up all the suspension points, Adjusted it to a soft ride.
Checked all fluilds, C.V. Axle boots.

So what does everyone else do for snow... ?

wow mike, a lil much.. basically my daily driving setup is my snow setup... nothing of a change for me.. sorry for lil information, but i live near the snow. We dont set up to drive in the snow up here.. its just part of our daily routine. ****.. i take summer high performance street tires in the snow no prob. the tires dont make a huge difference when you know who to drive in it. unless your racing of course. then that **** matters

I dont want to curb my new wheels... And didnt want to turn my stuff into a snow plow. Only took an hour to swap all that.
I can drive very well in the snow.... I'm worried about others around me... lol

I have three winter modes;

Wimpy bay area winter mode- Kuhmo all season HP-4's

Medium duty might have to deal with real snow- Goodyear Ultra grip ice tires on all 4 corners

Serious winter rally/ice road trucking mode; Studded Cooper weathermasters.

(I actually bought my first pair of the ultra grip ice goodyears when I blew out two of the coopers on the real "Ice road truckers" route between Inuvik and Tuk, but they were all I could get in Inuvik)

DAMN... My setup consist of Falken Ziex ze912 and some good driving! I say dont worrry about the chains, the AWD should be more than enough to get you up to wherever you need to go.
