'04 Sti. Deeper tone but "factory" noise level. Definite better breathing on top end.

Prodrive. Nice oval tip. Looks like a Volvo or Saab tip. Nice and quiet at idle. Growls at WOT.

Prodrive is what I want to get, but I don't have the money anymore (the last of it went to new wheels). I can't believe how much a muffler costs. I want the Prodrive because of the tip (its not a coffee can), and the sound should be just right for me.

I've been debating between finding a nice twin tip and the Prodrive. I really like the look of the Borla Hush Cat-Back but I haven't been able to find any feedback on it: http://www.fastwrx.com/bohucaex.html

The Prodrive is just slick lookin and from everything I've heard is the sound I'm looking for. I have a feeling I'm getting the Prodrive.

Prodrive muffler was my choice. The last thing I wanted was a cannon for a tailpipe, and/or some over-loud exhaust (just another reason for my neighbors to look at me funny).

The Prodrive looks like it should be stock on the car, sounds awesome at idle, acceleration, WOT, but especially on over-run, coming down through the gears (i.e. coming up on a 25mph corner in the forest at, say 75+), a beautiful growly scream, with a few muffled pops thrown in for good measure.

I noticed a tiny bit more urge on the top end, and my WRX is stock except for intake resonator removed (and soon Vishnu IC hose).

I think Borla has a new cat-back with 2 tailpipes that looks basically stock....I think I saw it at Fast WRX.com or something like that.

The muffler that comes in the Prodrive PPP kits is different than the oval-tip axle back, but it also has a subdued, yet aggressive sound.

spending $400 on an axle-back makes me want to cry.
