They don't, because when you lift the cover, nobody cares about whats on the underside of the cover, rather they care about whats in that cubby =P

You can't fit a hooker, colonge, pez dispenser, a lighter, or anything thicker than a few cards in that CLIP. (thats a clue as to what we're talking about)

Permit holder.........thats a great idea!
