My sti's were done at AI and had no issues. They also did my spring installs and camber bolt install. Anthony if your alignment wasn't done right, did you ask for them to redo it? They had no problem doing stock or custom specs for me.

I heard the lifetime one people also have good and bad reviews for it. Like some will do custom specs but most will only do factory specs and members here had bad communication problems with the workers etc.

+1 for firestone lifetime. they probably not the best but really cheap for doing alignment every 6k. The one in Serramonte Mall is pretty good.

I'd go to Firestone, but the horror stories I've read here and there kinda scare me. Hah. Anyone care to enlighten about the lifetime warranty alignment? The closest one to me is at Southland Mall in Hayward.
I actually had my alignment done by the Big O in Dublin. (I know i know, chain places like that) but **** the guy who does the alignment is awesome. Got my specs perfect, showed me the numbers once done.
Yea I have a lifetime alignment thing at Firestone. The alignment was fine but half my bumper was ripped off while backing up on the cheese grater ramp. They fixed it and blamed my car for being "too low" even though I'm only on prodrive springs with an oem front lip.
Well that is a pretty generic statement. Care to explain WHY they suck in your opinion?
Do you still have stock suspension on your car? If so, camber in the rear is not adjustable on our cars from the factory. Has your car been in any accidents or have you done any modifications to the rear suspension?
Did you ask Auto Innovations to adjust the alignment (If so, what was their answer)? Did they say why your camber was tweeked like that?
Were you able to take it elsewhere and have the alignment adjusted to where the camber was corrected?
What was your alignment settings?
Did the car have the right pull before the alignment? Did you tell Auto Innovations about it afterwards and see if they could do anything for you about it?
Car pulling tends to have a lot more to do with your tires than it does with the alignment settings. Have you tried cross-rotating the tires or moving them front to rear to see if it made a difference?

I've had my run ins with AI and didn't like my experience there either. They're cool guys, the car just wasn't aligned correctly either. If it was going to pull a little right, in your case and in mine, at least they could have stated that it was tread wear, rather than just not telling me at all.
