What are your fondest memories of BAIC?

I've been a member since I was 19, and now I'm 27 so I have a lot of memories to share, but I'll keep it short and post more later.

1. Install-fests at Ravent's house (Randy) when just a few OG people would show up, and 5 subies was a big turnout

2. The hamilton meets... This year is the 7th annual one... Yeah, we've had some mishaps, but the events own all others.

3. UCKK every tuesday, rain or shine... Man, I've met so many cool people at UCKK... Thats where the whole jumping thing was born

4. Swimming at my friends pool with a bunch of UCKK peeps and putting Mr Bubbles into the hot tub...

Waaaay more, and I'll post more later.

1) DPT
2) Zoeb, Rob, and Zee welcoming me to the club at UCKK when I actually used to go and a guy who's real name is escaping me, bought me dinner for my B-day at the UCKK chilli's even though we barely knew eachother.
3) The night some of us (no names) went to Crogan's, then to a HS graduation party where we almost got in a fight (but escaped with Guize's help) and then went food tray sliding with the infamous longface. Man that blond chick was hot. Legal? I dunno.
4) Robubub (robb) who was like a bus driver or something and then moved. Cool guy.

1. I remember those! except I wasn't at that pool. I remember signing up way before the iclub split, and even BEFORE the site was renamed to i-club when it was still called impreza-rs.com right around when daniel signed up. OG old school status! :RockOn - not mine:

2.heres a pic from #1 listed on daniel's post... it was after the install-fest and moved to the first D&B meet that I organized with my friend with the celicas

3. RS's dominated the meets til mid 2001. when the macaroni lunch meet on april 21, 2001 when alex first brought out one of the first silver wrx and was prob the first wrx in the meet with version 5/6 seats and TE-37's.

4. 1st hamilton meet. couple days or weeks before the meet, one of the few rare blaze yellow wrx's got hit by a truck and we made a photo for connie that got injured from the accident

5. photoshoot at the precideo (sp?)

Thanks so much for posting those!!! Man, memories! That's the 2nd hammy meet though, not the first. The first took place before the WRX was out.

Another was the Rim of the world rally of 2002 when Petter Solberg was there...

Me and Alex were talking to him at the bar and were asking him how he liked America... "How do you like America?" Petter: "Yes!".

Hahha... Good times.
