We need this in the Bay Area?? Really? Rice killer meets?
What are you going to do Outback? Stand at the entrance of a Lowes parking lot with a reflective orange vest, aviators, and your arm's crossed reading rules to every car that pulls in??
Lol idiots will always be idiots, people who cant afford a sports car will still continue to buy bolt on hoodscoops and chrome rearview mirriors from Kragen for their 91 Toyota.
Joining a "rice burner" forum..? C'mon now! Lets get serious lol

RICE: Radically Immature Car Enthusiasts...
Damned well said!
That was interesting. I feel a little better, because I actually used to know someone from middle school who was a ricer... Thinking about street racing and the cosmetically-stupid mods. I slowly converted him to something much closer to an "ideal" car enthusiast.

Yes we do because someone recently got a State Ref too. Not only that, but Ricers are killing the hobby for car enthusiests, by doing revs, burnouts, etc. Think about it....
And no. Im just saying we need to make Anti-Rice meets, all im saying.. So no one has to be punished by the law, when there is clearly someone else who should be deserving that ticket.

Ricers are what killed the DCMP meet.
It's why I've always advocated one-make meets: it makes our ranks easier to control, whether by gentle advice or severe ostracization.

I think the only way to do it is to have everyone that wants to park in there show up before, no drive throughs. That way there wouldnt be any of these incidents. Like what blox does

I agree with Volkey
By definition, one might be a ricer and not realize it!

Variations are*rice rocket, used mostly but not exclusively for*superbike motorcycles*from Japan,[10][11]*rice machine,*rice grinder*or simply*ricer. The pejorative is often intended to denigrate cars which have been modified cosmetically to give a false impression of high performance, but are not actually capable of it. The accusation behind this is that the car has been customized with the intent to fool people. The term is most often used against East Asian-made vehicles where the population is presumed to subsist on a diet of rice.
