Damnit all! After reading that, it really pissed me off!

I mean I wasn't exactly the "model" student (back in elementary my name was usually top of the list as MOST detentions for stupid kid's stuff like fighting or spitting or other assorted stupid stuff) but I knew when I eff-ed up I'd get detention, so I just served my time and life went on... It NEVER even occurred to me to set fire and destroy my school!!! HOLY jesus people! Why are kids thinking it's plausible to do ish like this???

BTW: When I say I got detentions for fighting it was not "real" fighting. It would begin as a usual game of "I'm Bruce Lee your Chuck Norris" play fight til inevitably one of us would accidentally hit the other a little too hard and the shouts of "YOU DID THAT on PURPOSE!!!" "NAH UH!!!" You get the idea... not like "I'm gonna kill YOU!!" or "After school, you're dead." type thing.

 

I never worried about detention as much as I worried about facing my parents after doing stupid sh*t. But it seems nowadays if a parent is seen "disciplining" a child, they get reported for child abuse/endangerment.....and the "Columbine type" thing that happened here was pretty scary too....makes you wonder what parents are (not) doing to teach kids right from wrong...just my .02

 

damn! that was my jr high! they just rebuilt it too a few years back. oh well that place sucked @$$ anyways

 

I got suspended for a week once. Dammit, I didnt intend for the kids clothes to burn a hole through the locker and set off the fire alarm.

 

Young boys have been hooligans for thousands of years. Ish like Columbine has been happening for generations, that was just the first time it happened in the age of mass media.

 

I only got suspended once in my k-12 career, and it was only because i was sitting next to one of the instigators causing all the problems

(it was on a big bus trip, the kids in my bus were throwing popers and airsoft pellets across the bus, everyone involved ended up getting suspended... I just had some of the crap end up in my lap after it was thrown around and got suspended cause I was "Invovled" )

 

what tards back in my day we would have had alot better operational security in place.
