Depends on the day. On my work days I sleep usually 7:30 or 8:00 am to sometime before or at 6pm. Whenever in there I wake up.
On my days off I sleep nights - usually 7:30 am - noon the first day, 2am or 3am to 8 or 9am the next day, then 1am or so till 11am then 3am or so till 1pm.
Gotta keep the schedule close enough to my work days, but far enough off of them so I can actually have "days" off.
